We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our clients team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative designs for mechanical systems and components. Your expertise in CAD software, system design, and problem-solving will be crucial in developing efficient and reliable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.

The Role:

  • Design and develop machines using SolidWorks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design feasibility
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify optimal design solutions
  • Create detailed drawings, and models for manufacturing and assembly
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve design issues
  • Ensure accurate manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Conduct testing and validation of prototypes to ensure performance meets specifications
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Designer or similar role
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks
  • Strong knowledge of system design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques
  • Hydraulic and electrical knowledge an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
