The position of Buyer is a pivotal role, designed to nurture and develop supplier relationships to ensure both sides of the table are fairly represented. We are looking for a Buyer who truly invests in their relationships and operates with respect, fun and of course a commercial approach.

As a Buyer for this leading retailer, your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Represent the brand at all times through supplier relations, ensuring commercial terms are met without compromising the company's values and integrity
• Lead by example to the rest of the team as you look at ways to improve commercial processes and the cultural commercial journey
• Day to day account management of major brands
• Quickly build and develop great relationships internally, specifically across Marketing, Ecommerce and Stores

To be considered for the position of Buyer, you will offer the following:

• Excellent retail buying knowledge, ideally from a large retailer
• Great attention to detail with a focus on managing critical paths, terms, processes
• Exemplary relationship skills with an authentic approach in building mutually beneficial and commercial relationships
• A minimum of 5 years operating at Buyer level
• An appreciation of brands and someone who operates with conviction
