Client Details

A growing Ecommerce Retailer in the Greater Manchester area. They sell a variety of trend led product for the home and apparel are seeking to add new product areas. Due to strong trading figures and company investment, they are seeking to add to their Buying Team

Description

  • You the buyer will identify and source new products that align with consumer trends and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to promote products.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Comply with all relevant industry regulations.
  • Provide insightful feedback and reporting to senior management.



Profile

  • Experience in buying, preferably within the homeware retail industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and buying platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of the Homeware market and current trends.
