Business Travel Consultant - Entertainment Division

London/Hybrid - Up to £37k basic + Bonus

Our client a leading independent Travel Management company with Worldwide offices are looking for a Corporate / Business Travel Consultant to work in their Entertainment department based 3 days in their London office with 2 WFH days. This is a great opportunity for an experienced business travel consultant to work within a vibrant business travel team with a great basic & bonus.

Business Travel Consultant Duties

·Create and accurately complete complex travel requests (car, hotel, air, rail) for high touch accounts and top tier (VIP, Concierge, Film/TV Production, News and Publicity) travellers.

·Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations to provide the best traveller experience - entertainment sector requires a high level of creativity and booking in obscure production locations.

·Handle special requests common to entertainment/news industry (hotel upgrades, artist riders, junkets, charter flights, car service, excess baggage, production vehicles, etc.)

·Proactively offer best options based on client travel policy and requirements for each interaction.

·Respond to requests (phone, email, chat) promptly, completely, and professionally.

·Accurately follow and apply client travel policy based on travel type and client expectations.

Business Travel Consultant Skills & Experience required;

  • Extensive Business Travel Experience
  • Working knowledge of a major GDS ( Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus)
  • Worldwide destination knowledge
  • First class Customer Service
