Business Travel Consultant hybrid Edinburgh

Business Travel Consultants - required for this expanding business travel company based in Edinburgh .This is a great opportunity to work for a leading corporate travel company , assisting clients with a variety of European and Worldwide flights, hotels and transfers , whilst offering a high level of service over the phone and by email . They are looking for either experienced Business Travel Consultants or candidate from a tailor made background looking to move into Business Travel to work on dedicated accounts using either Galileo , Amadeus or Sabre . They offer a salary of £32k and will be working Mon-Fri between their opening hours of 8.30am-6pm (37.5hrs per week) . This role will be hybrid 3 days office in Edinburgh and 2 days from home , however full homeworking maybe considered.

Business Travel Consultants duties
-Working on dedicated corporate accounts booking UK, European and Worldwide business travel arrangements
-Booking flights, car hire and hotels using a GDS
-Providing visa advice
-Working to the clients travel policy finding the most cost effective travel option available
-Making changes and amendments and reissues

Business Travel Consultants skills required
-Business travel consultant experience or strong tailor made experience using a gds
-Strong GDS knowledge either Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre
-Hours Monday- Friday 8.30am-6pm (2 shift patterns)
