We are working in partnership with one of Oxford's leading Accountancy firms, to recruit a Business Services Manager to join their growing team.
We are looking for a qualified accountant ideally with 2 + years practice experience.
As Business Services Manager, you will manage a small team and be the main point of contact for a portfolio of independent clients, ensuring they receive a professional and efficient service.
Key responsibilities:
- Review your team's accounts and tax work ensuring accurate information is going out to clients
- Work with your portfolio of independent companies and sole traders to offer tax and accounting support
- Liaise with stakeholders in the business to implement training and ensure regulations are met
- Work closely with Marketing team to showcase business and tax planning solutions to clients

Experience required:
- Fully Qualified Accountant
- Ideally 2+ years experience in a practice environment
- Experience with Zero, Sage or Quickbooks
This is a full time or part time role based in central Oxford. Standard working week is 37.5 hours. Initially the role will be office based, with the ability to work hybrid after probation period.
