An esteemed client of ours is seeking a Business Services Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers a hybrid working model, with time split between the City of London office and the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio and will work in close collaboration with a partner. We are looking for a professional with a flexible attitude and exceptional communication skills, who is fluent in both English and Chinese.

• Overseeing the delivery of compliance services to a varied client base, including SMEs, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders.
• Reviewing team members’ work and aiding in their professional development.
• Preparing proposals for new clients and engaging in marketing and business development activities.
• Managing and leading a portfolio of significant Chinese clients across various sectors.
• Handling multiple assignments with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.

• ACA/ACCA qualification with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering accounts and meeting compliance standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Quickbooks, and Xero.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of Chinese clients is essential.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, with both Cantonese and Mandarin being highly advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with a flexible approach to work.
