Starting Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Sales Development Consultant for a client based in the Staffordshire area.

Salary: Up to £55k + OTE
Working Hours: Full Time, based at home with frequent visits.

The client is an independent fire and security enterprise organisation, boasts a workforce exceeding 1500 employees. It has expanded into the UK market acquiring several local fire and security firms specialising in fire prevention, security solutions, technology, data monitoring, and cyber services.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations for existing requests concerning fire and security maintenance tasks.
  • Provide quotes for additional services or new installations related to fire and security systems, such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
  • Cultivate relationships with current clients in the North region to maximise opportunities, including providing quotes for additional services or installations in fire or security as needed, along with additional installation requirements.
  • Generate new leads and develop a pipeline of potential customers, with a particular focus on end users or Facility Management (FM) Companies when necessary.
  • Conduct surveys as required to gather necessary information for accurate quotations.
  • Assist clients throughout the sales process and attend meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure completion of all required processes, quotations, and administrative tasks.
  • Work towards achieving SMART targets and offer support as needed to expand the client base in the North region.
