2-3 days per week on site in Bath
**Must be within a commutable distance to Bath**
I am looking for a Change Readiness Lead / Analyst to join a Financial Services client of ours based in Bath. You will be from a Financial Services background and have experience of driving change initiatives.
Skills / Experience
- Financial Services Background
- Experience of driving change initiatives (within mortgages would be advantageous)
- Business Readiness
- Assessing the organisations readiness for change
- Developing and implementing change management plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working with Mortgage Origination Platforms would be desirable.
