This exciting temp to perm opportunity is for a keen and confident individual who has experience, ideally within a housing association, to join a leading London University as a Business Finance Analyst! Start ASAP.

Client Details

A leading London University based near excellent transport links.

Description

The main duties for the Business Finance Analyst:

  • Long term financial modelling of a ten year business plan
  • Managing long term (and potentially short term) cash flow
  • Adhoc specific modelling
  • Implementing a new software

Profile

To be successful in this role you must have extensive knowledge and experience in business planning, ideally around property or housing associations. This role deals with the selling and refurbishment or high value buildings.

Previous experience working in housing associations is desirable.

A calm but confident personality would suit the team very well.
