A purpose-led creative agency are looking for a Business Director to join the team! This would suit someone already at Business Director level that has worked across Direct Response and ATL campaigns, ideally within a purpose-led setting. This person will lead the Client Services team alongside two other Business Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns end to end across Direct Response, Digital, Social, TV and OOH
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to budget and to brief
  • Lead client relationships, drive conversations and develop accounts
  • Manage budgets of £1mill+
  • Drive new business opportunities for the agency
  • Line manage members of the team
  • Work closely with other Business Directors and the MD to shape the direction of the department

Skills & Experience

  • Experience at a Business Director level in a Creative Agency (Essential)
  • Experience with Direct Response campaigns
  • Experience with or strong passion for Purpose Led/Social Cause Campaigns
