THE BUSINESS
 
Westray Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with our client, who are established Print and Packaging company, based Newcastle upon Tyne, North East England. There is an opportunity to enhance our client’s sales team with an experienced, self-motivated person who will complement their current sales team, we are looking for someone with an understanding of a print environment who will be tasked with developing new business following major new investment in process technologies.
 
 
THE ROLE
  • Conduct market research for client acquisition.
  • Utilize diverse channels for lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Execute effective contract negotiations and closures.
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback for product and service enhancement.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Utilize CRM tools for record-keeping
 
THE PERSON
  • Print Business development: 2 years (required)
  • Print Sales: 2 years (required)
  • Driving license (required)
  • Proven track record in print sales and business development.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with market trends and innovations.
  • Budget management experience.
