Description

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing a strategy for winning new business.
  • Building and managing relationships with potential clients.
  • Coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and networking events.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Providing excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Degree-level education in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of the business services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and win new business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

Job Offer

  • Salary £45k + £90k OTE + Car
