£30,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Bonus

The Advocate Group are representing an exciting new FMCG business with huge opportunities for growth who have recently had substantial investment from a well known business.

This presents an exciting chance to contribute to a company with a diverse selection of products ethos and a commitment to achieving success. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on warm leads generated by external sales team
• Utilise the current CRM which has over 60,000 existing contacts on it
• Need someone to follow up on leads and convert them into new business
• Visiting wholesalers and foodservice businesses
• Achieve new listings with accounts
• Own and manage the customer relationship; manage the strategic and operational relationship with relevant internal and external key stakeholders.
• Achieve company targets, KPI’s – new listings
• Constantly review process and procedure within the role and make recommendations for improvement.
• Be an active and vocal member of the Sales team.
• Live and champion the company values every day.

About You:

• FMCG Sales experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Foodservice, Wholesale, QSR
• Good commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong at working independently
• High levels of resilience and robustness – resounding from setbacks and adversity when faced with difficult situations.
