Bis Recruit established in 2004, is a founder led recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of office support and human resources staff in Central London. We have built a strong reputation for quality with our candidates and clients and boast an impressive client base across a variety of sectors. In addition, in 2020 we launched our sister company SKC London supplying outplacement support to people facing redundancy.

Small in size but big in ambition we are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.

Your role in the business will be to identify potential clients, building rapport and present our business with the warmth and professionalism that typifies Bis. You will be working with a very experienced, professional team and can expect to be supplied with all the tools required to be a success.

At Bis, you will have the opportunity to work from home on a full-time basis, you will however need to be within commuting distance of Central London for meeting with clients, in addition we also meet as a team monthly.

We are fully committed to this role and see it as an exciting addition to our team and a key role in the continued growth and development of our business.

The successful candidate

You may be a seasoned recruitment professional who loves the challenge of business development and is ready to give up the day-to-day servicing of clients, or an experienced sales person seeking a new challenge and keen to learn.

Whilst we would prefer the role to be full time we can offer some flexibility.
