Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Dundee
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 (DOE) + Commission

A leading digital marketing agency specialising in providing innovative advertising solutions to businesses are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their growing team of sales agents in Dundee.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the team of sales agents to drive performance and growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Previous experience in Media/Web & Digital sector or similar
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
