An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a leading digital web agency. They are seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic team and work on challenging projects to acquire new business and drive company growth.

This is a fulltime, permanent position working Monday - Friday, with hybrid working options. The offered salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, plus bonus and profit share.

The day to day

  • Sourcing, fostering, and finalising new business prospects.
  • Establishing rapport with customers, collaborators, and potential clients.
  • Formulating and executing sales and promotional plans to support business expansion objectives.
  • Participating in and speaking at networking events and shows.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Travelling to client meetings, presentations, and events as necessary.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a digital marketing, or web design and development company.
  • A track record of selling on value, not on price.
  • Knowledge and understanding of web design, development, and digital.
  • Demonstratable experience in acquiring new business in the digital sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The capability to operate under pressure and fulfil strict time constraints.
