As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the agency’s client portfolio, driving long-standing relationships and aiding financial growth. As well as new business, you’ll work closely with the design and production teams.

Responsibilities include developing a growth strategy, researching and identifying markets and customer needs, arranging business meetings with prospects, identifying key decision-makers and building long-term relationships with new clients.

Are you a self-starter with a passion for success, an articulate communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills, and able to build rapport effortlessly? If you have a proven track record in new business/sales within a design agency context, and are commercially astute, able to create compelling propositions, delivering ROI and meeting KPIs - we’re keen to hear from you!

In return for your dedication and expertise, you’ll receive a base salary of £35K plus commission (circa £75-80K OTE uncapped), plus benefits including a hybrid working model to support your work-life balance.
