We are working with a fast-growing SaaS company, based in Bath, who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills and to join a growing business. The start date for this role is anytime before June 2024. 

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and generating leads through inbound and outbound calls
  • Responsible for the whole customer acquisition life cycle including negotiating and closing deals
  • Build strong client relationships 
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline 
What you'll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a sales environment generating leads and closing deals 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels 
  • The ability to make positive lasting impressions on potential customers 
  • A drive for winning new business
What you'll get in return for your talents

  • Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
  • A realistic OTE of £45,000 in your first year 
  • Uncapped commission structure 
  • Full time office-based role in central Bath
