Job Role: Business Development Manager 
Sector: Hospitality 
Location: Birmingham City Centre 
Salary: £36,650 + Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients with the focus on increasing bookings / enquires.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to encourage repeat custom. 
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Generating and organising bespoke events. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to utilize and show an understanding of the booking systems and commination's software's.
  • Self motivator that encourages there team and drives success.   
The Ideal Candidate;
  • 3 year's experience at least in a similar role. 
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Experience in high turnover restaurants is a plus.
