Role: Business Development Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Gillingham

I am recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an outstanding Fire & Security company that is based in Gillingham.

This is the ideal opportunity if you have a passion for account management, sales, and experience within the Fire & Security Industry.

Your new role:

* You will play a key role in managing the accounts of existing clients and further developing business through the framework and utilising existing knowledge and experience
* You will identify opportunities from existing clients and generate a successful sales pipeline
* Take the lead on new sales leads and opportunities
* Successfully impose a contact strategy with each account, always maintaining a high level of contact
* Always working towards exceeding sales target

Essential Skills:

* Good understanding of PC software (Excel/Word/Outlook)
* Good written, oral and numerical skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
* Good presentation and negotiation skills
* 2-5 years experience in the fire and security industry/customer facing/technical role
