Business Development Manager - Basingstoke -Creative Agency - Hybrid - Perm - c£35K plus commission (c£75-80K OTE uncapped)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager for a growing creative agency looking to expand their current portfolio of clients

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a growth strategy, researching and identifying markets and customer needs, arranging business meetings with prospects, having a strong grasp on sales forecasts, sales and invoices, building long-term relationships with new clients, and developing entry-level sales staff into valuable salespeople.

The ideal candidate should have proven sales track record in relevant role, previous agency experience (2 years minimum), proficiency in English, proficiency in CRM systems, market knowledge, first-class communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport with clients, time management and planning skills.

You’ll not only be dealing with new business but also working closely with the design and production teams . Preferably we’d like the candidate to have a current network they can bring over to hit the ground running.
