Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and outreach.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Create compelling proposals tailored to each client's needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Explore new markets and develop entry strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the waste industry.
  • Strong understanding of waste industry dynamics (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Full UK driving licence
