Agenda Partnership is an independently owned training and recruitment business, currently in our twelve years of trading supporting clients across all industry sectors with permanent and contract (day rate) hires and learning and development needs.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to work from our head office in Corby, Northamptonshire. This is a pivotal role within our company, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and success with 100% focus on new business development selling our recruitment services and suite of training programmes.

Your primary responsibilities will include building new business relationships, establishing recruitment and training needs from new prospects and existing clients.

This role will certainly suit a business developer with B2B sales experience, full UK driving license is essential to travel to meetings locally and on occasions nationally.

You will need to be a hungry go getter that enjoys all types of business development verbally and face to face.

About you:

  • You should possess prior Business to Business sales experience, particularly within a service led environment
  • Your attitude is of paramount importance, as we seek ambitious and passionate individuals
  • You should be driven to advance within the business and demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities are a must, with the capability to engage with team members at all levels within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and expand business relationships across the UK
  • Be customer facing either in person or online to further establish the business relationships
  • Collaborate with the Directors to set targets and establish sales strategies
