Business Development Manager
Incredible opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to work as part of an industry leading team specialising in high end bespoke travel to Scandinavia and the Nordics. The role will report into the Group Managing Director and work closely with Sales Managers to develop strategic direction and growth.

Business Development Manager Role and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the operations and performance.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute financial plans.


Business Development Manager Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a senior management role.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and interpreting sights to assist strategy development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
