Aibo Recruitment is recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client
Basic Salary of around £40,000 - £50,000 OTE £50,000 + Bonus.

Hours:
  • Flexible working hours available for the right candidate
  • Full Time 35-40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Aibo Recruitment is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to prospect & convert new customers as well as account manage and develop current / lapsed customers.

The role would include
  • Managing a portfolio of existing commercial customers
  • Attract and sell to new customers
  • Managing margins & driving volumes across both new & existing customers
  • Re- activating lapsed customers
The successful candidate would demonstrate -
  • Sales & business development experience
  • A self starter - working through their own initiative
  • Hard working and hungry to increase revenue
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Energy & drive
  • Commercial focus
  • Team Player
This is mainly an field based sales role however, on occasions there will be a requirement to visit head office in West Yorkshire.
