We're on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager specialising in mechanical solutions for the construction and civil engineering sectors.
Elevation Recruitment are recruiting for a leading player in the realm of innovative mechanical solutions, dedicated to transforming the landscape of construction and civil engineering projects. With a focus on cutting-edge design and a commitment to excellence, we're seeking a Business Development Manager to develop new markets and seek new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand the market.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targets sectors including Civil Engineering, Flood control, Hoisting and Nuclear
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in mechanical solutions.
- Work closely with the product development team to enhance and innovate our offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in technical project-based industrial selling
- Strong Account Management experience
- Proven track record in progressing projects to order placement
- Will be comfortable seeking out and completing high value bids and tenders
- Track record of closing high value projects / enquiries
- Playing an active role in further development of a robust Sales Pipeline
- Involvement in quotation preparation and ensure quotes meet customer requirements
- Ability to operate and travel across the UK
