Are you looking to utilise your sales experience in an environment that focuses on quality not quantity? Where rapport building and supporting your client is key? We are looking for experienced sales applicants who also have a strong administrative bias to join our client based in Reading who are the 2nd largest business within their sector and can boast that their product is widely acknowledged as the best available on the market.

Working in a highly incentivised environment with no cold calling; all leads are active enquiries given to Business Development Managers via the company website and portal - potential clients with an active interest in pursuing the product. You will be responsible for reaching out to the potential clients and supporting them through the purchase process, including all aspects of administration to ensure the sale is closed.

Our client are able to offer a hybrid working opportunity, with 1 day per week based in the office (Reading) and the remaining 4 days will be homebased.

The Person:

  • Previous B2B sales experience is essential
  • Confident and has strong rapport building skills
  • Able to commute to Reading office once per week
  • Data driven and confident using CRM systems
  • Looking for a full time, permanent position
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Prioritising time and organisational skills

Duties:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for potential customers
  • Building relationships with potential customers
  • Ensuring customer records are up to date and maintaining the CRM system
  • Support the Sales Manager by ensuring deposit deadlines are met
  • Maintaining an understanding of product offers
  • Identifying new ways to improve customer experience
  • Work with sensitive data in line with GDPR legislation


Additional information:
9 am to 6 pm
22 days plus 8 statutory (rising by a day per additional annum to 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays)
