Business Development Manager

Location: Deal, Kent (HYBRID - Flexible options available)

Salary:Basic to £35K (£12K OTE Bonus - Uncapped)

This is a full-time position - 5 day week.

This role would suit an experienced business development professional with experience within the digital or publishing sector. The role offers strong career opportunities with this established and growing company.

You will be working within a small but growing entrepreneurial team where the focus will be on building and growing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities / Requirements (brief overview)

  • Develop business opportunities through a mix of activities including cold calling, existing client base and network opportunities across organisation.
  • Undertake market research activities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts.
  • Providing reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline.
  • Proven background in sales and business development.
  • Understanding of digital marketing / social media.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
