Our client, a leading name in the hair care industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. With a turnover of just over £1 billion last year, reaching over 100 countries across the globe, there’s no limit to what you can achieve with this business.
What’s the role?
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with professional salon customer accounts across Northern Ireland, mainly in Belfast and Derry.
Some of your duties will include:
- Seizing key opportunities to elevate growth with new and existing salons across the territory
- Share product knowledge, trialling and demoing, organising training sessions
- Implementing social media strategies to help with the brand’s marketing
- Collaborating effectively within the regional team to boost morale and overall growth
- Managing your own diary/journey plan
What will I need?
- A full UK Driving License
- At least 1 year’s experience in account management in a face-to-face setting
- If not, our client is open to education/training consultants from within the haircare sector
- Based in Northern Ireland
What’s in it for me?
Basic Salary: Up to £33,000 per year
