Salary: £35,000 per annum + Company Car

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage a business and territory portfolio in line with the agreed market development strategy
- Planning and prioritising sales and customer activities.
- Manage product variation, pricing and profit margins in line with the business growth aims.
- Update and maintain customer and prospective contacts, internal systems and respond and follow up all sales enquires
- Monitor and report on market competitor activities to assist in the development of a sustainable and profitable business plan
- Work closely with other sales engineers and Production Staff to ensure an integrated approach towards increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Organise local marketing activities within a budget and timescales including product launch, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate at customer meetings and attend internal Company fictional meetings.
- Any other duties commensurate with the development of sales

Requirements:
- Have a strong bias and interest towards technical and project management within an engineering environment
- Experience within a similar industry would be desired however not essential
- To be able to communicate with all levels
- Ability to work in a team and on your own
- A full UK Driving Licence
