Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Client Account Manager on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
- To develop a professional relationship with a portfolio of clients in order to retain and develop their business relationships, delivering strong customer service, technical and field support to your portfolio of clients.
- Working closely with the customer service helpdesk teams to deliver first class customer service and support to a portfolio of clients.
- New Business Development through cross selling services and maximising opportunities within existing clients
- Reporting to your fellow management team members on the monthly performance and activity of allotted accounts.
- The aim is to achieve the company’s vision of being the “most respected property maintenance and FM services brand.” In a manner consistent with the company’s 3 core values (Recognition, teamwork, environment).
Skills and Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:
- Strong critical decision making, motivating, team building, delegating and monitoring quality.
- Forming, monitoring, and maintaining constructive relationships by influencing stakeholders’ expectations at all organisation levels, understanding their needs and delivering against agreed timescales.
- First class customer services, cross culture liaisons, lead generation, conflict alignment/negotiation and a dynamic, confident attitude of working with and enthusing people of all professional levels.
