Business Development Manager – Luxury

We are pleased to be working with an ethical, sustainability focused FMCG business that partner with world leading chefs and renowned five star hotels and restaurants.

Their products are organic; and the company contribute to local communities and work directly with the farmers as opposed to a middle man / distributor.

Due to phenomenal growth, sales results and continued success – the business are now looking to bolster their sales team and hire a Business Development Manager, focusing on driving volume and market presence across the premium Hotel, Restaurant and Catering channel (HORECA), plus other high end hospitality venues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing an effective sales strategy across the HORECA channel focusing on new business opportunities and growth within current accounts
  • Maximising visibility and presenting the core touchpoints of the brand
  • Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders, tailoring approach as needed and influencing to successful outcomes.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the channel – delivering against agreed sales targets.

About You:  

  • HORECA experience is essential
  • Strong track record of success within sales & business development
  • Confidence to network and represent a luxury brand with external stakeholders at all levels
  • Truly passionate about food and beverage
  • Proactive self-starter with a commercial approach
