Business Development Manager Telecoms
Our client, one of the UK's leading providers of Telecoms solutions, are looking to recruit an engaging, industry-experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing operation. Working on a hybrid basis based from their Brentford office (with free parking and walking distance from a number of stations), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.
Our client have been established for 15 years, and provide products/tools to help managers reduce costs/increase both communications and employee performance. Given their growth, they are actively seeking the right candidate to join their Business Development team, focusing solely on new business. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business throughout the UK
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to close
- Utilising network/connections to sell range of company products/solutions
- Working to monthly/annual sales/revenue targets
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations within the Mobile/Telecoms industry
- Business book of connections/network to tap into, in order to hit the ground running
- Genuine desire to earn fantastic, uncapped money in commission
- Ability to oversee sales cycle from start to finish
- Fun, sociable personality
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE based on 100% of target: £120,000)- Fantastic working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm)- An entire team to fully support you to ensure success (i.e. provisioning, onboarding, in-life account management)
