Job Title – Business Development Manager  

Location – Scotland & North of England

Salary – Up to £50k + Excellent bonus

Package – Company Car + Pension

Role:

Our client is looking for a business development manager to join our sales team who can proactively attract customers and manage existing accounts across their territory. The successful candidate will help us deliver our ambitious growth plans for 2024 and beyond. The role will be fast paced, and the right candidate needs to be passionate, professional and be able to engage with customers and build relationships.

Requirements: 

  • Experience in the rental market or a technical product is essential.
  • Knowledge of the construction sales and safety products is preferred.
  • Negotiation skills at all levels, good presentation skills and influencing techniques
  • Proven ability to build relationships and win new business focused on total solutions.
  • Development and implementation of business plans and some P&L responsibility.
