Business Development Manager(Pro AV / LED)

Your main responsibilities will be:

Conducting an annual business plan including LED market analysis, competition analysis, and sales & and marketing strategies and update quarterly.

Establishing distribution partners for LED product sales, engaging with end users, consultants and Pro AV system integrators to generate demand for distribution and achieve overall sales target.

Directs sales forecasting activities and set performance goals in coordination with the regional sales team accordingly.

Representing company at various industry exhibitions, events and other related sales and customer activities to promote LED product range.

Identify LED project opportunities and work with other relevant partners and internal departments to ensure its successful delivery.

Collecting feedback from daily filed sales activities and communicating with HQ to help improve product competition edge.

Communicating new product, sales, and marketing info with potential LED customer base and keep customers informed.

Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Key Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration background.

5+ years in industrial product B2B, sales & marketing or project management, preferably in the LED/Pro AV industry.

Highly effective leadership, project management and communication skills.

Excellent client-oriented, goal-oriented and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in fast pace environment.
