Business Development Manager - Intercom & Security Systems

£50,000+ - Company Car or Allowance + Commission

Harlow, Essex

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with clients
• Identify new markets and develop strategies to increase revenue
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
• Negotiate contracts with clients
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in Business Development and Sales
• B2B/Business-to-Business experience
• Understanding & Knowledge of Fire & Security Systems i.e., CCTV, Door Entry, IRS, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills
