Our client, an incredibly well-established Importer/Exporter of frozen Seafood, are looking to recruit an industry-relevant, money-motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing operation. Working remotely (with one day a month in the Lancaster HQ), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client currently employ 15 FTE with a t/o of over £50m, with plans to double both figures ASAP. In order to do this, they are actively seeking the right candidate to sell their produce across the UK, utilising any current network available to them, and developing new business. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new business with B2B clients across the UK (Hospitality/Foodservice/Retail)
- Generating opportunities through outreach (connections/LinkedIn/email, tec), setting up meetings to pitch product(s) in person
- Exceeding sales targets/expectations
- Managing own diary to ensure all work completed is as efficient/optimum as possible (meeting clients, etc)

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of selling fresh/frozen seafood
- Fantastic network of UK-based clients to potentially tap into
- Genuine desire to earn fantastic money in commission
- Full, clean UK driving licence

In addition to the basic salary advertised, our client are also offering the following:

- Uncapped commission structure (incredibly generous - expected £100,000+ OTE)
- Flexible working approach (only requirement to be at the Lancaster HQ once a month)
