Join my clients dynamic and rapidly growing large independent agency located in Basildon, Essex! I am currently seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

·Drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound sales efforts, targeting potential clients within the agency's market sectors.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

·Conduct high volume prospecting via phone calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and opportunities.

·Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the agency.

·Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless handover of new business opportunities.

Requirements:

·Previous experience in business development within a recruitment agency is essential.

·Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

·Highly motivated and results driven, with a hunger for success and a passion for exceeding expectations.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.

·Self starter mentality with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
