ROLE : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS

LOCATION : North of England/Hybrid

SALARY : £47,000 - £50,000.

+ COMMISSION + CAR + PHONE + LAPTOP

The Role:

My client is a leading provider of Security and Fire System design, integration and installation serving sites across the UK. They have been established for 50 years and they now require a Business Development Manager to join the team and cover Northern England in a Hybrid Role with depots in Leeds & Newcastle, Industry experience is essential along with a proven history in Account Management and Business Development.

Key responsibilities

  • The role requires a tenacious individual with the ability to not only meet but exceed their targets through the development of existing key accounts, prospects and national customers.
  • As a proven business winner, you will be able negotiate at C - suite level.
  • They are looking for a candidate who is eager to develop their knowledge of our
  • organisation, its people and its services and who also seeks to improve their own skills throughout their career.
  • Presentation and Demonstration of Products & Services.
  • Work with Security Colleagues to develop joint Fire & Security opportunities.

What they are looking for

  • Experience within the Fire/Security industry is essential, with 5 years demonstrable success.
  • Ability to target new prospect accounts and develop sub-contractor spend at major project level within a defined geographical territory.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • An Excellent and Engaging Communication Style.
  • A Brand Ambassador.
