We are seeking a Sales Executive with a proven track record of success and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with the ability to manage accounts, upsell, and deliver tangible results. Excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and a determined attitude are essential. This role offers the potential for career progression into a more senior internal position for the right candidate.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Collaborate with team members and the business development team to identify sales leads, close potential orders, provide support, and set up meetings.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Develop a strong understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to clients.
- Contact prospective clients, engaging with decision-makers to generate new business.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate data.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Administer quotes and orders efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service, sales, or telesales role with a history of meeting targets.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Driven by sales targets and a passion for selling.
- Previous account management experience.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in the NHS, care home, or healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in both cold and warm sales.
- Excellent presentation skills.
