The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with the ability to manage accounts, upsell, and deliver tangible results. Excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and a determined attitude are essential. Day to Day of the Role:

• Collaborate with team members and the business development team to identify sales leads, close potential orders, provide support, and set up meetings.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Develop a strong understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to clients.
• Contact prospective clients, engaging with decision-makers to generate new business.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate data.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Administer quotes and orders efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service, sales, or telesales role with a history of meeting targets.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Driven by sales targets and a passion for selling.
• Previous account management experience.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in the NHS, care home, or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in both cold and warm sales.
• Excellent presentation skills.
