Average Year 1 OTE - £100,000

Average Year 2 OTE - £180,000

Full time office based.

Working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm and 10.45am to 7.00pm every other Wednesday.

The role of the BDE is to make outbound and receive inbound calls promoting the products to secure a sale and a long-lasting relationship with your clients. Working to meet monthly sales targets and establish your own client base that you will manage from an account manager perspective. The role also involves maintaining a relationship with your customers by completing follow up calls on a regular basis, saving any returns and providing a seamless service to the clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound dials to clients and answering inbound warm leads.
  • Selling the value and benefits of the products.
  • Negotiating and overcoming objections from clients.
  • Building long standing relationships with your clients and servicing their continual needs.
  • Identifying the needs of the clients and offering the most appropriate product to suit their needs.
  • Following up on call backs to meet customer’s expectations.
  • Establishing your own client base and being responsible for managing those clients.
  • Lead busting to generate new client acquisition to the department
  • Delivering call backs to save returns.
  • Ensure you have an in depth knowledge to be a product specialist in the market place.
  • Meeting challenging targets.
  • Delivering productivity targets.
  • Be positive and polite and maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times.
  • Be a company ambassador and advocate of the brand.
  • Adherence to quality measures in line with OFT regulations.

Specifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent rapport building skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of at least 2 years sales experience over the telephone.
  • Ability to multitask a multitude of duties.
  • Ability to manage own time.
  • Ability to understand the needs of our customers.
  • Ability to promote company products.
  • Be efficient.
  • Reliable and committed to the role.
  • Be self motivated.
