Business Development Executive required to join this busy agent.

For this position, your responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following,
Identify new business opportunities by leveraging the full potential of the product and services portfolio.
Collaborate with agents and relevant stakeholders to achieve high quality sales and service.
Manage and maintain active relationships with existing customers in collaboration with the Customer Service department to help ensure high customer retention.
Create and realize sales opportunities by analyzing market data, website content and competitors.
Acquire leads and develop the leads.
Plan warm/cold company visits. Cold calling activities and log all calls with follow-up plan.
Market promotion activities planning and attending.
Administrate all relevant contact moments with companies to keep track of funnel progress. Make sure all relevant business details of the companies are administrated.
Keep in good contact with all departments to ensure excellent communication with customers.
Achieve set KPI targets and goals.

Ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role
Experience in the logistics industry will be a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong customer service skills

Monday to Friday 9-5.30
Salary c£33;000-£38;000
