Sales Executive – Steel Industry

Blackburn office attendance (once a week atleast) Ideal locations: Lancashie, Yorkshire, Liverpool, manchester, preston etc.. 

Up to £40,000

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5pm  

Our reputable steel client is currently looking for a Sales Executive to be responsible for To conducting new business development through research, lead generation and networking activities and nurture clients to maximise the business’ revenue and growth potential.

Main Responsibilities of the Sales Executive     

  • Proactively engage with existing and prospect customers to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Actively maintain and build relationships within the existing client base to utilise top spend potential within the accounts
  • Utilise industry knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate the value of  stock range and processing capabilities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal and external sales team to drive growth and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Experience and Skills required

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically within the metals industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Confident and articulate telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • A passionate and driven mindset, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
