The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our business by selling our suite of recruitment solutions to UK public sector clients. If you are passionate about building relationships, have a strong network, and excel in consultative sales, we want to hear from you.

About the role

  • Identifying and engaging with potential buyer contacts to assess mutual fit through calls, emails, and video meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on performance by keeping our CRM system (HubSpot) up to date.
  • Documenting and sharing what you're testing and learning so that the whole team can learn from your experience.
  • Working closely with colleagues to build a pipeline and secure deals.
  • Identifying high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, understand client needs and challenges and craft solutions that solve their specific problems.
  • Developing and executing outbound strategies and providing a great experience for our prospective customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

About you

  • Tenacious, resilient with and positive mindset, you’ll have demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales, in selling recruitment or HR solutions.
  • Strong networking and relationship development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experienced and comfortable with a remote work setting, self-motivatedwith the ability to work independently.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in outbound target-driven environments with a proven track record of success in meeting targets and KPIs
  • Understanding of business development tasks and requirements; prior experience in high-volume, high-activity environments, demonstrating multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent written communication

Our hiring process

  2. Interview with Directors
  3. Assignment - Presentation and/or cold call

The role will be remote however you would be required to attend our monthly company meetings in London which are usually the first Tuesday of the Month.
