Business Development Executive (fire and security systems) Opportunity

Salary up to £40,000 wit OTE £65,000

Car allowance of £4,800 per year

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to spearhead profitable installation and maintenance ventures in the North of England for our client's diverse industries. Your focus? Selling compelling value propositions.

Our client specialises in fire and security systems. To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must know about fire and security systems or selling a managed service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Growth: Enhance customer value and attract new clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Territory Strategy: Craft and maintain a growth plan, engaging key individuals for each customer.
  • Sales Expansion: Identify and seize opportunities, crafting quotes, and driving client proposals.
  • Initiative Leadership: Plan and oversee innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand presence.
  • Collaboration: Support Branch managers with project reviews, driving joint Fire & Security opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Industry Acumen: 2 years in the fire industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Selling a managed service
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and company offerings.
  • Drive and Adaptability: Manage multiple accounts while actively seeking new opportunities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Understand client needs and adeptly navigate the negotiation process.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Fire Alarm and Fire Protection industry trends.

  • Engaging Communication: Excellent communication style with a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Proactive, resilient team player with a knack for continuous improvement.
