Business Development Executive Amazing Earning Potential!

Our client, an industry-leading Secure Destruction business based in Norfolk, are looking to recruit a number of money-hungry, enthusiastic Sales/Business Development Executives to join their growing team. Based in a brand-spanking new office in Dereham (the first 4/6 weeks will be spent in the current Swaffham office ahead of the April/May move), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)!
Our client have been established for 15 years, and have grown from a regional business to a national operation, with 3 separate, large-scale depots across the UK. They specialise in the secure destruction of documents, textiles and media waste, and work with a wide range of corporates. Due to their continued success (double-digit growth every year since their inception), they are actively seeking the right candidates to join their Business Development team. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients (c/40-50 dials per day)- Introducing the company's services to decision-makers, setting up appointments to present (over video)- Pitching the company's solutions over video, handling any questions and closing sales- Exceeding sales expectations (3 deals per week)
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment- Articulate, professional telephone manner- Fun, personable approach to work (ability to build relationships very quickly!)- Genuine desire to make additional money in commission/bonuses
