Our client is revolutionising the construction and building industry by connecting teams with clients seamlessly. They are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Associate to join their team on a full-time, 100% remote basis. This is a temp role with the potential to go permanent.

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their network of construction companies, facilitating registration on their platform. This entails reaching out to potential laborers, effectively communicating their value proposition, and assisting them through the registration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients and explain the benefits of joining the platform.
  • Guide companies through the registration process, ensuring all necessary details are accurately submitted online.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidence in all phone interactions.
  • Utilise previous sales experience to effectively persuade and engage potential clients.
  • Manage your own workday efficiently, demonstrating self-motivation and dedication to meeting targets.

Requirements:
  • Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Naturally inquisitive. 
  • Previous experience in sales or telemarketing required.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Details:
  • Duration: Ongoing temp, with potential to go permanent
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Hours: 9am - 5pm
  • Compensation: £17.50 per hour plus holiday accrual
