This firm are seeking an individual to help convert warm leads into appointments for Financial Advisers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to enter Financial Advice, utilising their past sales experience to convert leads into meetings. This role could lead into advice if you wanted, with the option to study towards your diploma absolutely on the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute initial outreach efforts through email, followed by outbound calling to warm leads.
  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments within financial advisers’ diaries.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead conversion efficiency.
  • Partake in training to acquire knowledge on the technical aspects of financial planning, with additional support provided for professional examinations.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in lead conversion and meeting scheduling.
  • Experience in the financial services sector would be useful, though not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Base salary of £25,000 with scope to earn bonus (OTE £35,000 in Year 1)
