Our client is looking for a Workshop Business Developer to manage the M4 corridor.

As the Workshop Business Developer, you will be responsible for the management and development of an independent workshop concept.

Additionally, you will create demand and pull through of their products, equipment and services.

If you love being customer-facing, then this is the role for you as you will spend 80% of your time engaging in customer-facing activities.

In return, the company will offer you a basic salary of £35K, up to 35% bonus, a company car, and match pension contributions up to 8%, 25 days holidays etc.

You will be an experienced sales automotive aftermarket professional with experience in a factor, dealership or supplier environment.

Whilst it isn't necessary to have a technical background, it is important to understand how workshops operate.

You will be comfortable talking to garage owners and be resilient.

Methodical, you will plan your area so that you are achieving as much customer-facing time as possible.

Area of responsibility: Postcodes: SA, LD, CF, NP, GL, SN, OX, HP, SL.

Ideally, you will be based in Gloucester or Swindon. However, you can be based anywhere on the M4 corridor from Swansea to High Wycombe.
